Christmas and Children

by Matt and Laurie Crouch

“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” – Matthew 18:3

If you’re like us, you most likely find it challenging during this very busy holiday season to find the time to sit down and write Christmas cards and messages — even to close family and friends.

However, one thing we never take for granted is the opportunity to connect with our dear TBN friends who have partnered with us over the past year in reaching the world for Christ! From the bottom of our hearts we say thank you for standing with us in our efforts to reach as many people as possible with the message of hope and grace through Jesus.

The childlike excitement in and around Christmas always reminds us of Jesus’ words in Matthew 18:3: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Erma Bombeck once wrote, “There’s nothing sadder in this world than to awake Christmas morning and not be a child.”

This year, we wish for you and yours a childlike faith in the hope and grace Jesus offered the world over 2,000 years ago — and continues to offer today. And if you have children or grandchildren, we pray you see Christmas through their excited and innocent eyes.

This truly is “the most wonderful time of the year,” as we remember and celebrate the birth of the Christ child.

A very warm and Merry Christ-filled Christmas to you.
